One88 Condo Project Releases New Amenities, Sales Gallery and Unit Pricing

The luxury condominium project, One88, recently released several new details of their amenities for their 143 residences, 21-story tower.

The property amenities include: a lobby lounge featuring a rotating art installment and weekend coffee service, a saline heated indoor pool and spa, sauna and stream rooms, outdoor terraces, fitness center, resident lounge, private dining room, and children’s playroom.

Along with the cardio equipment and free weights, the fitness center offers a yoga and exercise studio with a virtual fitness screen, as well as a golf simulator.

At a recent tour of the sales gallery, it became clear that there is significant attention to detail for this project’s plans. For example, there will be built-in areas for cutlery, drawers within drawers with clear glass on the sides, and one touch opening for the microwave and oven. One of the most unique aspects of the building are the indoor-outdoor decks. On the corners of the building, the developer, Bosa, has created an environment where half of the deck is outside and the other half is covered (this is better seen in-person to truly understand).

One88 has simplified the process of making any upgrades by including all top of the line finishes and appliances (Gaggenau and Kohler). The only decision during the presale process that a perspective customer will have to make is between two design palettes for the interior colors, smoky quartz or glacier quartz.

The homes range in size from a 752 sq ft one-bedroom unit, up to a 2,938 sq ft penthouse. Homeowners association dues will cost $604 – $2,451 per month based on the unit size.

One-bedroom units on the 3rd – 5th floors will start from low $800Ks. As mentioned in past articles, a majority of the units will be two and three bedrooms. The starting price for a two-bedroom is high $1.1M (1,095 sq ft) and for a three-bedroom the starting price is low $2.2M (1,949 sq ft).

The One88 team is planning to start with sales contracts in February. This will require 5% of the purchase price due at signing and 5% due on August 31st, 2018.
